Do we need to develop a project that fits into the specified four tracks, or are we allowed to create something that tackles a particular issue within the entertainment industry?

    You can create a project that doesn't fit into the 4 tracks, but it would not be eligible for the track prizes (only for grand prize, runner up, and honorable mention.)
