Unable to create model in Theta Edge Cloud

Hi team, am getting error as "Insufficient cluster resources for the requested deployment" while creating Gemma model in Edge Cloud. Can you please help here? If am trying to use higher level cluster, then also getting error as "You've used up the quota for this machine type, please go to Quota to request a quota increase." . Kindly guide on how to proceed for model deployment.
