Update on credits request (2days ago)

Hi, I sent an email about credits around 2 days ago from arnavmehta.cs@gmail.com.
As mentioned, I'm applying for a different track and my service is hosted somewhere else, however as the deadline is extended, I will need some credits to change the hosting provider to theta. I'll really appreciate a response.

    Seems it was still in review by the devs. I'll ping them - also can you confirm this email is the one you used to register on https://www.thetaedgecloud.com/? If not please do so to receive the credits

    Hi, yes i did register with this email, however, it seems that I'm unable to access the billing page for this account, I think some issue with stripe or payments resulting in a backend error at theta's end?

    I even created another account just right now using arnavmehta.contact@gmail.com however again the billing page isn't working.

    Please let me know otherwise it'll be hard for me :(
