No ingestors available

Hi,
So, our team has been trying to test the video API for theta livestream, but for the past few days we have been getting no options for Ingestors. Is this issue localized? If yes, then what's the workaround?
And I also need some edge cloud credits, my registered email is: cdtpranavkumar1126@gmail.com

  I think something has been fixed now, I get one now through both the API and dashboard.
