Ingestor not selectable

i get error ingestor_0x093D7e6936fbd2e86f72DB6A5050CbC1535A232A not selectable when i try to use the ingestor returned to me.
how do i go about this issue?

    The ingestors seem to be gone now. I no longer get any returned.
