Question regarding my submission

Thank you so much for organizing the event and taking the time to judge all the entries.

Congratulations to all the winners! I'm sure their recognition is well deserved. However, I have some concerns about my entry. Many key features of my submission, including the Theta integration (VOD & Live Streaming) including many other features and the UX I created for them, were accessible only through a login on the team dashboard, and it seems that none of the judges logged into my application (main website or team dashboard) to see or even evaluate these aspects.

I am wondering if there was a reason the judges chose not to log in and test my submission, or if they felt the information provided in the submission form was sufficient for evaluation. I am sure there were various other aspects up for consideration but not even login to evaluate and see all the work that's gone in is disheartening for me.
